1. Who we are
Hypnolune is provided by Hypnolune (company registration in progress, India) (“Hypnolune”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@hypnolune.com. These terms govern the website, guided audio, member library and subscriptions.
2. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypnolune. By creating access, purchasing a subscription or using a session, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you give us is accurate.
3. A wellness service, not care
Hypnolune offers general wellness audio designed to support relaxation, routines and focused attention. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, is not medical or psychological care, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Individual experiences vary.
You must follow the safety guidance. Never listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. Stop if you feel distressed, dizzy, confused or unwell.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
The checkout screen shows the amount charged today, the renewal price, the renewal period and any taxes before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax and billing information under its own terms.
You give express consent to recurring charges using an unticked checkbox before checkout. You can cancel online from your Hypnolune account through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation does not require an email, phone call or chat.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals and is available online. The portal will show when access ends. Separately, every purchase has a 14-day, no-conditions money-back guarantee. See the Refund policy for the request process.
6. Your right to use the service
While your access is valid, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream Hypnolune content for your own use. You may not copy, sell, share, publicly perform, scrape, republish, reverse engineer or use our audio or text to train another system unless the law expressly permits it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use Hypnolune in a way that harms others or breaks applicable law. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Hypnolune available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Sessions, features and technical delivery may change. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice where required and preserve any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent the law permits, Hypnolune is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. You remain responsible for choosing a safe time and place to listen and for seeking professional help when needed.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, while preserving any non-waivable protections that apply where you live. Venue and dispute language must be confirmed during legal review. Questions can be sent to support@hypnolune.com.
